Meet The Founder

Pete Manzo

I started EAT Saint Louis Food Tours because of my deep love for all foods…you could say I was “born” into it. My mom and dad started both a specialty Italian & Greek grocery store and food distribution company as part of their American Dream when they immigrated from Sicily, Italy in 1955 and I grew up surrounded by food. I am a dual citizen and love to travel. As momentos of my travels, I usually return home with three things: food items, photos of food experiences and… extra weight.

Meet The Team!

Here are the people that make our tours so special.

Bart Freer

Tour Guide

When I am not exposing people to the fascinating history of my city and sharing my St. Louis favorite eateries, I like to cook, make and imbibe fine cocktails, lift weights, read, and go camping.

Shannon Brown

Tour Guide

I am your gal if you want to laugh, learn and eat! I love my city, its exploding food scene, and tantalizing the tastebuds of my guest. My children are my hobby. ;0

Chris Emmons

Tour Guide

Always continuing my 3 e's - Experiencing, Educating and Eating my way through the St Louis area! My hobbies include cooking, cocktails with friends and am an avid gamer.
